Pamela Flynn is an Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law with the Law Society of New South Wales.
Pamela has over 16 years’ experience advising employers on all aspects of employment and industrial law including: managing poor performance; ending the employment of injured or ill workers; resolving and defending industrial disputes; defending unfair dismissal and unlawful termination claims; defending general protections applications; defending discrimination complaints; investigating complaints of bullying and/or harassment in the workplace; investigating misconduct in the workplace and taking disciplinary action in relation to such conduct; advising employers on their obligations under awards, enterprise agreements, and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act); negotiating enterprise agreements under the FW Act and ensuring they comply with all requirements of the FW Act; transfer of business issues; and drafting all types of employment-related documentation such as contracts of employment; investigation findings and reports; sensitive warning letters or letters of termination.
Pamela provides practical, strategic and commercial advice to her clients. She is a hardworking, skilled lawyer who enjoys partnering with clients to help them navigate their various obligations to achieve their desired outcome.
