I focus on providing personalised and strategic advice tailored to your business and operational needs. I am experienced in advising on complex human resources and industrial relations issues in the workplace, as well as in responding to employment claims and disputes.
I have advised on employment and industrial relations since I was admitted as a Solicitor in mid-December 1998. In my early years as a Solicitor, I was trained and mentored by Accredited Specialists in Employment & Industrial Law. My background in mid-tier commercial law firms, including as a partner, means that I still maintain the same rigorous, high-quality service clients expect.
I have always been fascinated by the intersection between people and the law. Majoring in psychology as part of my combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees has proved invaluable in understanding and responding to the ever-changing demands of employment law, including the growing focus on psychosocial risks in the workplace.
